Support "clean coal" Obama vs McCain

-Obama says that he wants to support coal to liquid fuels if they emit 20% less carbon over their lifecycle than convetional fuels. Say's he would use "whatever tools are necessary to stop new dirty coal plants from being built in America including a ban on new traditional coal facilities
-McCain proposes spending $2 billion ayear to help develop clean-coal thecnologies.
I agree with Obama because is better supprot coal to liquid fuels and stop new dirty coal plants including a ban on new traditional coal facilities because the air is contaminated
